農業生産にこだわり、情熱を傾けていた人として、2004年にハノイ農業大学を卒業した直後、Nafoods Groupに入社しました。
11年の経験を持ち、さまざまな地位を経験しており、競争上の優位性を楽しんでいるだけでなく、閉鎖された農業バリューチェーンナフーズグループが追求した課題を認識しています。2010年には、ダニダデンマークの組織が主催するNafoodsグループのパッションフルーツの木のバリューチェーンと他の多くの農業プロジェクトで、グローバル競争力を強化するプロジェクトに取り組み、担当しました。2013年にはナフードパッションフルーツ株式会社の社長に任命され、2014年から現在まで農業担当副社長を務めました。

Ryan Walter Galloway氏は、1982年4月21日に米国で生まれ、Nafoods Groupの新世代のリーダーの1人です。 2017年7月1日よりNafoods Groupの副社長兼営業マネージャーに就任。学位・資格：経営管理と国際金融の修士号、法学博士号と金融学位。

As the founder and leader of Nafoods Group from the beginning phase, he has played a key role in the activities of Nghe An Young Business Association with the position of chairman for 10 consecutive years and member of the Executive Board of Vietnam Young Business Association in the courses. In 2020, he was elected Vice Chairman of the Association cum Head of Science, Technology and Training Department of Vietnam Digital Agriculture Association (VIDA).
During the 25 years of leading “Nafoods Group”, he was honored to win many awards, projects and research topics. With passion, desire and ambition to contribute to the Vietnamese agriculture, he has guided and determined the guiding principles for action for Vietnam Agriculture. The whole system operates under a closed agricultural value chain, helping Nafoods affirm its position in the international market.

Being passionate about agricultural production, he joined Nafoods Group immediately after graduating from Hanoi Agriculture University in 2004.
With 16 years of experience with Nafoods Group, he has appreciated competitive advantages as well as been aware of challenges of Nafoods Group’s closed agricultural value chain. In 2010, he was assigned to be in charge of the Global Competitiveness Enhancement Project of Nafoods Group’s passion fruit value chain supported by Denmark – Danida organization and other agricultural projects.
In 2013, he has been appointed as CEO of Nafoods passion fruit JSC and as Deputy General Director in charge of Agriculture since 2014.

As one of the first leaders of Nafoods Group with a thorough and deep understanding of agricultural production and processing activities, he has grasped the “manufacturing and processing” link – a very important step in the value chain of Nafoods Group. Over nearly 25 years, he has held many management roles and is currently a Member of the Board of Directors of Nafoods Group. He has made a great contribution to the Board of Directors in helping Nafoods Group’s production and processing chain achieve the most rigorous certificates, such as: AIJN, Halal, Kosher, BRC, ISO 22000: 2005. Thanks to that, Nafoods Group’s products have successfully satisfied many demanding markets in the world. Currently, he also holds the position of Secretary of Party cell of Export Vegetable Processing Factory.

As one of the first leaders of Nafoods Group, as well as a founding shareholder, she has made remarkable contributions to the formation and development of Nafoods over the past 25 years.
Accompanying Nafoods Group from the beginning, she has held many important roles in management. Having more than 20 years of experience, Ms. Phan Thi Minh Chau has contributed to many successful projects, specifically acknowledging that she has won many national awards in the field of Finance and Accounting. Moreover, she has worked closely with the CEO to set the development orientation and vision.
With the comprehensive understanding of Nafoods and the enthusiasm for the company, the presence of Ms. Phan Thi Minh Chau as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors will bring value to Nafoods in the upcoming journey.

He has been dedicated to the development of the country’s aricultural science. He known of Nafoods Group while still serving as Director of the Vietnam Academy of Agricultural Sciences – the Southern Institute of Agricultural Science Research. Mr Bo highly appreciates and is very fond of the bravery and courage of Nafoods Group when associating his mission with a closed agricultural value chain with many opportunities but many challenges. In 2014, he introduced Nafoods Group to the top professors in Agricultural Science of Taiwan as a foundation for the close cooperation between Nafoods Group and Chung Hsing National University – Taiwan. After retirement, he was nominated as an independent member of the Board of Directors of Nafoods Group.

Mr. Ryan Walter Galloway was born on 21/04/1982 in the U.S. He is one of the new leaders of Nafoods Group. He has been appointed as Deputy General Director cum Chief Business Officer at Nafoods Group since 01/7/2018.

Dung Tan Trung was born in 1967 and is a Vietnamese-American millionaire. In 1995 he founded OnDisplay, focusing on research and development of programs that help control and manage online businesses. This company was then sold by Mr. Trung for 1.8 billion USD in 2000.
OnDisplay is a business-integrated software for B2B, which is one of the 10 most successful IPO companies in 1999. Coupled with this success, Mr. Dung Tan Trung (Trung Dung) has been featured by many reputable magazines such as Forbes, Fortune, Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, San Francisco Chronicle … and published in “”The American Dream””, denoting typical examples of successful people coming to America of author Dan Rather of CBS, 2002. With the desire to build a digitized and sustainable agricultural value chain and a passion for developing information technology systems and researching and applying technology into real production practices, he selected Nafoods as a stopover suitable for his goals and orientations. Joining Nafoods Group at the end of 2019 as a strategic adviser for digital agricultural development, until June 2020, he was elected Chairman of Nafoods Group. He guarantees to accompany BOM to make Nafoods Group one of the leading modernized and professional digital agricultural enterprises in Vietnam.

Mr. Johan Nyvene is a financial analyst who has been dedicated to Vietnam’s financial market for over 15 years. Born in Vietnam but growing up and studying in the US, Johan spent the first 9 years of his professional financial career as an analyst and an international banking specialist taking charge of Southeast Asia markets at CoreStates First Union.
Back to Vietnam, Mr. Johan has built and developed the Global Business and Corporate Banking Division at HSBC Vietnam, where he has devoted the past 9 years to various management positions at HSBC in both HCMC and Hanoi. Following the establishment of the Vietnamese stock market, he established and led the Securities Services Division of HSBC Vietnam and was considered one of the pioneers involved in the development of Vietnamese stock market at the early stages.
With knowledge and experience from international financial institutions, Mr. Johan has been appointed to be the CEO of HCM Securities Corporation (HSC), one of Vietnam’s leading securities companies.
Having worked at large corporations and financial institutions and witnessed the development of Vietnam’s socio-economy, he desires to devote his capabilities, experience and relationships in the field of investment and finance to the development of a sustainable economy. He chose Nafoods – a pioneer agricultural enterprise in the process of developing digital agriculture. Joining Nafoods Group at the end of 2019 as a strategic adviser on finance, capital and investment, until June 2020, he was elected a member of the Board of Directors of Nafoods Group. He works closely with the Board of Directors and the Board of Managers of Nafoods Group to help Nafoods to become a strong agricultural enterprise with stable financial health in order to seize investment and business cooperation opportunities.

Mr. De Geer has over 15 years’ of executive management experience in emerging markets and is a co-founder of Endurance Capital, Vietnam’s best performing public equity fund in 2019 and a major shareholder in Nafoods.
Since 2012, Johan resides in Vietnam where he has been the Managing Director of Oriflame – one of the country’s most known consumer brands with a country-spanning sales network including tens of thousands of independent distributors. He sits on the Board of Directors for two Vietnamese public companies listed on the Ho Chi Minh City stock exchange.
From 2007 to 2009 Mr. Johan worked with the Boston Consulting Group in Stockholm as a management consultant on strategy projects within areas such as M&A, Due Diligence, Organizational Development, Corporate Governance and Growth Acceleration.
He also holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics, and a minor in international business from St. Petersburg State University. He graduated with honors from the Nordic Combat School as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Swedish mechanized infantry reserve.

Ông Johan Nyvene là nhà quản lý tài chính am hiểu thị trường tài chính Việt Nam qua hơn 15 năm làm việc. Sinh ra tại Việt Nam nhưng lớn lên và học tập tại Mỹ, ông Johan đã trải qua 9 năm đầu tiên trong sự nghiệp tài chính chuyên nghiệp của mình với các vị trí chuyên viên phân tích và chuyên viên ngân hàng quốc tế, chuyên trách các thị trường Đông Nam Á tại ngân hàng CoreStates First Union.
Về Việt Nam, ông Johan đã xây dựng và phát triển Khối Khách hàng Doanh nghiệp Toàn Cầu và Tổ chức tại Ngân hàng HSBC Việt Nam, nơi ông đã cống hiến 9 năm qua các vị trí quản lý khác nhau tại HSBC ở cả hai thị trường TP.HCM và Hà Nội. Cùng với sự ra đời của thị trường chứng khoán Việt Nam, ông đã thành lập và lãnh đạo Bộ phận Dịch vụ Chứng khoán của Ngân hàng HSBC Việt Nam và được coi là một trong những người đi tiên phong tham gia vào sự phát triển của thị trường chứng khoán Việt Nam trong giai đoạn đầu.
Với những kiến thức và kinh nghiệm qua những định chế tài chính quốc tế, ông Johan đã được bổ nhiệm vào vị trí CEO của Công ty Chứng khoán TP. Hồ Chí Minh (HSC), một trong những công ty chứng khoán hàng đầu của Việt Nam.

Ông Dung Tấn Trung sinh năm 1967 và là triệu phú đô la người Mỹ gốc Việt. Năm 1995 ông sáng lập công ty OnDisplay, tập trung vào nghiên cứu và phát triển chương trình giúp kiểm soát và quản lý doanh nghiệp trực tuyến. Công ty này được ông Trung bán lại với giá 1,8 tỷ USD vào năm 2000.
OnDisplay là công ty phát triển phần mềm tích hợp doanh nghiệp – doanh nghiệp (B2B), là một trong 10 công ty IPO thành công nhất năm 1999. Với sự thành công này, ông Dung Tấn Trung (Trung Dung) được nhiều tạp chí như Forbes, Fortune, Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, San Francisco Chronicle… tường thuật và góp mặt trong cuốn “The American Dream” (Giấc mơ Mỹ), cuốn sách kể về những điển hình thành công của người đến Mỹ của tác giả Dan Rather của Đài CBS, năm 2002.

Là một trong những người thuộc thế hệ Lãnh đạo đầu tiên của Nafoods Group, đồng thời là cổ đông sáng lập của công ty.
Với 21 năm đồng hành cùng Nafoods Group, đã có gần 20 năm kinh nghiệm trong nhiều vai trò quản lý, Bà Phan Thị Minh Châu đã tham gia nhiều dự án và đạt được nhiều giải thưởng trong quá trình hoạt động, đặc biệt nắm giữ vai trò chủ chốt trong hệ thống với vị trí Phó Tống giám đốc phụ trách Tài chính kiêm Giám đốc điều hành trong nhiều năm.
Bà là người đã có sự đóng góp rất lớn cùng Ban Lãnh đạo của Nafoods Group quyết tâm đưa phương pháp BSC và công cụ KPI vào áp dụng để điều hành và quản trị mục tiêu của doanh nghiệp từ năm 2014.

Là một công dân Thụy Điển, Ông De Geer có 14 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý điều hành tại các thị trường mới nổi.Ông De Geer tốt nghiệp Thạc sỹ về Marketing và Tài chính của Trường Kinh tế Stockholm, và một bằng phụ về Kinh doanh quốc tế từ Đại học St Petersburg. Ông cũng được đào tạo về chiến lược và lãnh đạo trong vai trò là một sĩ quan trong lực lượng bộ binh của Thụy Điển sau khi tốt nghiệp với bằng khen từ trường Nordic Combat.Kể từ khi làm Giám đốc Marketing tại nhà sản xuất thực phẩm có gắn nhãn tích hợp Chu-mak – hiện nay là một trong những thương hiệu tiêu dùng nổi tiếng nhất của Ukraine – ông De Geer đã có hơn 10 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý các công ty về lĩnh vực hàng tiêu dùng nhanh. Từ năm 2007 đến năm 2009, ông De Geer đã làm việc với Nhóm Tư vấn Boston ở Stockholm với vai trò là một nhà tư vấn quản lý về các dự án chiến lược trong các lĩnh vực như M&A, Due Diligence, Phát triển Tổ chức, Quản trị hệ thống/ và Tăng trưởng Doanh nghiệp.Ông De Geer cư trú tại Việt Nam từ năm 2012 với vai trò ông là GĐ Điều hành của Oriflame – một trong những thương hiệu tiêu dùng nổi tiếng nhất với mạng lưới bán hàng bao gồm hàng chục nghìn nhà phân phối độc lập. Sau đó, ông đã cùng các cộng sự của mình sáng lập nên Endurance Capital, một công ty đầu tư hợp tác và là một trong những cổ đông lớn của Nafoods Group. Tháng 8 năm 2017, Ông đã được tín nhiệm bầu làm thành viên HĐQT của Nafoods Group.

Ông là một trong những người thuộc thế hệ Lãnh đạo đầu tiên của Nafoods Group từ ngày đầu thành lập cho đến nay.
Với sự thông thạo và am hiểu sâu về hoạt động sản xuất chế biến nông sản, Ông là người dẫn dắt khâu “sản xuất chế biến” – một “mắt xích” rất quan trọng trong chuỗi giá trị của Nafoods Group. Với chiều dài 21 năm gắn bó, Ông trải qua nhiều vai trò quản lý và hiện nay đang đảm nhiệm chức vụ Phó Tổng giám đốc phụ trách Sản xuất chế biến của Nafoods Group.
Ông là người đã có sự đóng góp rất lớn cùng Ban Lãnh đạo quyết tâm để mắt xích sản xuất chế biến của Nafoods Group đạt các chứng chỉ khắt khe nhất, như: AIJN, Halal, Kosher, BRC, SGF, ISO 22000:2005, …. nhờ đó sản phẩm của Nafoods Group đã đáp ứng được các đòi hỏi của thị trường khó tính nhất trên thế giới. Hiện nay, Ông còn giữ chức vụ Bí thư Chi bộ Nhà máy chế biến rau quả xuất khẩu.

Gắn bó và đam mê với hoạt động sản xuất nông nghiệp, ngay sau khi tốt nghiệp trường Đại học Nông nghiệp Hà Nội vào năm 2004, Ông đã gia nhập vào Nafoods Group.
Với 11 năm gắn bó, trải qua nhiều vị trí khác nhau, Ông tâm đắc với những lợi thế cạnh tranh cũng như ý thức được những thách thức mà chuỗi giá trị nông nghiệp khép kín Nafoods Group đã theo đuổi, năm 2010 Ông được giao phó tiếp cận và phụ trách Dự án nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh toàn cầu với chuỗi giá trị cây Chanh leo của Nafoods Group được tổ chức Danida – Đan Mạch tài trợ và nhiều dự án nông nghiệp khác. Năm 2013, Ông được bổ nhiệm làm Giám đốc điều hành của Công ty cổ phần chanh leo Nafoods và giữ chức vụ Phó Tổng giám đốc phụ trách Nông nghiệp từ năm 2014 đến nay.

Ông Ryan Walter Galloway sinh ngày 21/04/1982 tại Hoa Kỳ, là một trong những thế hệ lãnh đạo mới của Nafoods Group. Ông được bổ nhiệm chức danh Phó tổng giám đốc kiêm giám đốc kinh doanh tại Nafoods Group từ ngày 1/7/2017. Trình độ học vấn: Thạc sỹ quản trị Kinh doanh & Tài chính quốc tế, Tiến sỹ Luật và Tài chính .
Quá trình công tác:
– 2006: Thực tập sinh tại Tòa án quận của Hoa Kỳ khu vực Bắc Ohio
– 2008: Văn phòng luật quốc tế Osaka
– 2009: Thực tập sinh phát triển pháp lý và kinh doanh tại Công ty TNHH Hill & Kehne
– 2007 đến 2011: Thư ký tại văn phòng luật của Daniel Thiel
– 2010 đến 2011: Đồng sáng lập (hiện đang là cổ đông không hoạt động) tại AUXESIA HOLDINGS
– 2011 đến nay: Giám đốc Phát triển Doanh nghiệp cụ thể phát triển doanh nghiệp, gây quỹ và quan hệ nhà đầu tư tại công ty cổ phần hỗ trợ dịch vụ thanh toán Việt Phú.
Với kinh nghiệm nhiều năm liền làm việc trong lĩnh vực phát triển doanh nghiệp, hi vọng rằng ông Ryan Walter Galloway sẽ có những đóng góp hữu ích, cùng chung tay với Ban điều hành đưa Nafoods Group ngày càng phát triển.

Là một trong những thế hệ lãnh đạo mới của Nafoods Group, bà chính thức được bổ nhiệm và làm việc tại Nafoods với chức danh Phó tổng giám đốc kiêm giám đốc tài chính từ ngày 01/7/2018. Hiện tại Trình độ học vấn của bà Diệp Thị Mỹ Hảo: Thạc sĩ Quản trị Kinh doanh, Tài chính Quốc tế.
Bà từng tốt nghiệp thủ khoa kinh tế khóa 1999-2004, Cử nhân Kinh tế Quốc tế, học bổng Fulbright (Mỹ), nghiên cứu tài chính hành vi và quản trị rủi ro đầu tư quốc tế.
Quá trình công tác:
– 5/2009 đến 8/2009: Phòng phát triển Chính sách, Liên Hiệp Quốc New York, Mỹ: Phòng Hợp tác đầu tư Công tư (PPP), thực tập.
– 12/2009 đến 6/2011: Đồng sáng lập và Phó tổng Giám đốc Điều hành tại Auxesia Holdings Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam
– 7/2011 đến 7/2017: Phó tổng Giám đốc Điều hành kiêm Giám đốc Tài chính tại iCare Benefits Asia/ Công ty Cổ phần Hỗ trợ Dịch vụ Thanh toán Việt Phú (MobiVi)Singapore và Vietnam.
– 8/2017 đến 6/2018: Phó Phòng, Phòng Kế hoạch Chiến lược Ngân hàng TMCP Xuất Nhập Khẩu Việt Nam (Eximbank) Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam.
